Blue Diamond Gold 4QT Sauté Pan

I've owned this product for a little over a month so it hasn't been used long term so I cannot say how this review will age, but what I can say is so far, this pan is worth every penny! It has a very decorative design to it and adds to the elegance of your kitchen. The nontoxic, non stick cooking surface works beautifully as i do use a touch of olive oil in comparison to the larger amounts that I used to use. I know its a nonstick pan but using a drop of oil should help with the longevity of the cookware. And finally, this pan cooks nice and evenly, regardless of whether you are cooking meats or vegetables. I recommend cleaning by hand to preserve the cooking surface but with everything said, this pan is well worth your hard earned money!
