What can you say about melatonin?😊
When you get older, your body produces less melatonin. So that makes it harder to sleep. Plus I have various aches and pains that add up when I lay down lol. Melatonin solves these problems for me. You should not take a bunch of them though cause you'll have very vivid dreams I which are kind of fun, but not very restful.

I have insomnia and have struggled for a long long to get sleep. I have tried everything and even melotonin in the past, which did not work before. Out of desperation for rest and concern about taking diphenhydramine every nightI decided to give melatonin a chance again. This time its working! I am able to fall asleep and get half a nights undesturbed sleep with 1 of these melotonin pills. they seem to disolve well and work pretty fast. I have already stocked up on my next bottle. Its a big bottle and last a while.
