Nicely-spiced Indian dish with LOTS of potatoes, which have the best texture of any packaged potatoes I've ever eaten. Actually, this saag aloo doesn't taste packaged at all. Perfect with jasmine rice. This is my favorite meal right now. I'm looking forward to trying more Ashoka foods.

This is my new favorite meal. Don't expect it to look like the photos. It's been properly slow-cooked, which has brought out the best flavor of the spices and ingredients. It's spicy enough to clear your sinuses, without killing your taste buds. I love the texture of the undhui beans so much that I eat them one at a time. Great with basmati rice.
