[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sur La Table Kitchen Essentials Heat resistant Chambray Oven Mitt 2-Pack Set, Navy Blue, 7"x13" are nice and thick to protect your hands from the heat of pans and the oven. They also cover most of my forearm which helps to protect your arm when reaching into a hot oven. I really like how heavy duty they are. They have soft fabric on the inside and 100% cotton on the outside that makes it easy to grab pots, pans and sheet pans. The 100% cotton is also great for withstanding heat, so it won't melt. I use these oven mitts daily and they have been holding up very well and appear to be made well. I would definitely purchase these again as well as for housewarming & wedding gifts.

The classic mix of blues, lighter on the mitt and darked on the trims, is timeless. They also function well. They are easy to put on and resist heat extremely well. I love the length of these which make them great for reaching into the stove without risk of burning your forearms. They are also flexible and grip well. The lining feels amazing for the quilted terrycloth hugs your hands as you put them on and provides a very comfortable hold. I'm happy with these. They are quite luxurious.
