Some of us don't cook a whole pot of rice anymore, but some of us still have a rice cooker in the cabinet somewhere. Lots of rice cookers were given as gifts years ago. You can put this jambalaya mix in rice cooker with about an EXTRA 1/4 cup of water with chicken or sausage, stir well, and just let it cook.
