These are the tastiest cookies I've ever tried! They remind me of ginger bread snaps without the harshness of the ginger If you like these then oh my goodness try the Lotus brand Biscoff creamy cookie butter. Ow that will change your life! Last week I made a no bake cheese cake from a Philadelphia cheesecake no bake and crushed up. Biscoff cookies for the crust, the middle and on top. I had a request for it again but this week is going to fold in some whipped topping, heavy cream and the biscoff butter. I am 100 percent sure it will knock the strawberries out of the game! I have t seen this yet but im sure someone had to know about this before me.
