We arent big ginger ale drinkers. But we like having it on hand when one of us goes ill. Our grandchildren love it when we make ginger ale cookies with a box cake mix. Just add the ginger all instead of the other liquid like milk or water. Gives the cake an entire different taste. If you want cookies add a little at a time till you get the cookie dough thick texture. I just go by sight so not sure how much that would be. Then drop a heaping teaspoon ball onto ypur cookie sheet, give it a little smash with a fork .. pop in oven ... take out while they are still sft unless you like hard crunchy cookies. soooo yummy

Affordable Ginger Ale

I usually prefer Canada Dry or Ale 8. Canada Dry is pricey, and I haven't visited Kentucky for many years to purchase the Ale8. I purchase the Great Value Ginger Ale Soda, because it's affordable and usually on hand at my local Walmart. This brand is a lot sweeter than other brands of ginger ale, but it is still good.

i can not afford to by name brand so i bought walmart brand one day....is it as good as name brand no BUT its not bad at all....and i can bu two 12 packs for the price of one 12 pack....so i still get a treat....now i haven't tried the other store flavors only ginger ale....but well worth it.
