Keep frozen.Microwave directions:1) Place frozen, unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. For microwaves with a metal rack, remove rack.2) Microwave on high for 4 to 6 minutes.*During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard.3) Let stand for 1 minute after cooking.Carefully handle bag at corners marked with the red dots and remove from microwave with two hands. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir and enjoy!*For proper food safety, cook 1 bag at a time to a temp of 160 degrees F.Refrigerate leftovers promptly; reheat before serving.Cook thoroughly before eating.Microwave cook time*:Wattage: 1200, 1000, 800.Minutes: 4, 4 1/2, 5-6.Stove top: place in sauce pan with 1/4 cup water. Keep frozen. Microwave: For food safety & quality follow these instructions carefully: keep frozen - do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 160 degrees F. Cook only one product at a time. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. 1. Place frozen, unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. For microwaves with a metal rack, remove rack. 2. Microwave on high for the recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A special vent in the bag will allow the steam to escape and a whistling sound may be heard. 3. Let stand for 1 minute after cooking. Carefully handle bag at corners marked with the red dots and remove from microwave with two hands. Hold bag over serving dish. Tear bag at notch. Pour, stir and enjoy! Microwave ovens vary-adjust cooking times as needed to reach 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Microwave Cook Time: 1200 wattage - 4-1/2 minutes; 1000 wattage - 5 minutes; 800 wattage - 6 minutes. Stove Top: 1. Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart nonstick sauce pan. Add 1/4 cup water. 2. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Stirring occasional. 3. Drain and serve, enjoy. If microwave is less than 800 watts, please use stovetop instructions. Caution! Contents are hot. Handle with care.

Great to have on hand during a busy week...
Sweet peas are my favorite (love the other quick to prepare vegetables too) but these save me during busy weeks at work. When I get home and need something to go with the main part of dinner it's often Birds Eye to the rescue. I grab one out of the freezer, steam it up in the microwave, at times add a touch of butter and dinner is ready. You can often find an assortment of Birds Eye vegetables in my freezer ready to go. A definite winner with me.

I love the bird's
I love the bird's eye steam fresh peas because piece of always been one of my favorite vegetables. I love that I can just go a protein together and then put this product in the microwave for a fresh steamy taste of good vegetables. I would totally recommend this product to others

Peas are yummy
Love these are in the microwave bag. Cooks up in about 6 minutes. We only do frozen veggies, no cans. Taste is so much better and fresher. But the bit bigger bag because everyone in the house eats them when they taste better, win win! Worth a bit more money for the quality
