I opened it up, plugged it in and used it once and the fan belt broke and it will not dry.. the company refuses to replace or reimburse for said part.. they were rude and less than helpful in their email.. now I'm stuck with a $250 paper weight or I pay MORE money to fix a "brand new item".. I wish I could rate less than one star.. buyer beware..
