Good for improved sleep and an alternative to caff
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like using Ashwagandha when taking a break from caffeinated beverages like coffee and tea. I notice that the quality of my sleep is better when I take it. I wake up throughout the night less often and wake up with more energy. The packaging is compact and the taste is pleasant compared to other supplements.
