Café Bustelo is the kind of coffee that doesn’t gently wake you up… it clocks in early and starts yelling “LET’S GO” in your kitchen. It's my backup in case I run out of green coffee beans to roast, or don't have time or energy to do it. The vacuum packing means it's much fresher than most whole-bean coffees you can buy in a store, and the roast is consistently excellent. You can brew regular coffee with this; it doesn't have to be espresso only. Use a paper filter for best flavor, because espresso has more oils than lighter roasts. Be prepared for high caffeine content, and use caution if you are sensitive to it. Bustelo also makes a decaf, which is equally excellent. I mix 'em. Smells great, tastes great, great price for the quality!
