McCormick Kosher Rubbed Sage, 0.5 oz Bottle

I received this product free to try and provide an honest review. Sage is one of those spices that is not used in a lot of dishes. I used it on some poultry. The product is great and is exactly what it says. The rubbed sage went very well with the poultry. The thing I want to really comment on is the packaging. It was easy to open. The holes at the top are large enough to get the product out. If that still isn't enough, it is really easy to remove the top to use a spoon or anything else to get the spice out of the bottle.

I used the McCormick Rubbed Sage to make a chicken dish along with a homemade gravy, and it turned out to be the perfect complementary ingredient for both. The herb itself tastes fresh and has a noticeable depth of flavor that sets it apart from other sage products I've tried in the past. It blended smoothly into the dish without overpowering anything, and the aroma alone made the whole kitchen smell incredible. The quality feels high, the flavor is consistent, and a little goes a long way. I would absolutely buy this again, and I'd recommend it to anyone who cooks poultry, stuffing, gravies, or fall-style dishes. It's an easy upgrade to the spice cabinet.
