I've used this product for many years. It is very helpful in controlling your hunger. It also makes you feel fuller before you eat too much. There are no jittery feelings like some weight loss products cause. This product also give you 2 months of pills for the price of only one. I will continue to use this product.

This is a great, easy, affordable life improving product: I recommend take it with a 16oz bottle of drinking water. I am going to resume taking it I took them all last winter, these gave great SUBTLE HEALTHY results. As in: you see the difference then if you stop, you notice the difference. These are overall a win win win, imo. Remember: take these per timing on pkg and with 16 Oz of water, imo. Love love love these.
