Mercy me, I haven't had collards taste this homemade and flavorful since Granny use to make them years ago. Love collard greens, don't always want to make fresh ones but these are great for a canned product! Nice sized can has lots of servings and it was mailed to me. I did add cooked pieces of bacon and onion to it, made a good addition to my meal.
