Mixing Instructions: Shake well before using to assure proper measurement (product settles in shipment). Pour Gatorade mix into a plastic or glass container. Add cold water. Stir until mix is completely dissolved. Hydrate. Store in refrigerator. To make 12 fl oz: 1 scoop Gatorade mix, 1-1/2 cups (12 fl oz) cold water. To make 1 quart: 2-1/2 scoops Gatorade mix, 4 cups (1 quart) cold water. To make 2 quarts: 5 scoops Gatorade mix, 8 cups (2 quarts) cold water. To make 1 gallon: 10 scoops Gatorade mix, 16 cups (1 gallon) cold water. For optimal performance benefits, do not vary from mixing instructions.
