Easy to use pet or baby gate

Needed a second gate to keep pets out of a room. This was an easy choice because I have used this particular gate before. I do not like gates where you have to step over a piece of metal on the floor in the doorway opening. I did unscrew the latch and take the thumb push part off so that it just lifts up and opens because we didn't need it for pets. Very easy to do and dogs are not skilled enough to push this open.

I like the fact that there is no bottom bar to trip over, and it's adjustable so I can use it just about anywhere around the house. This gate cost about the same as others but this one doesn't have the bottom bar which makes it a better gate to have.

I bought this Gate to keep the dogs out of my 95 year-old aunt‘s bedroom. We needed something that would be easy for her to operate, but would be effective at keeping the dogs out when she doesn't want them visiting with her. You can install this in just a few minutes and we really like that you can even adjust the amount of effort that you'll need to open the gate. We needed something that would be easy enough for an elderly person with limited strength, and yet be able to stand up to dogs pushing against it. We're really pleased with this.
