I am 65 and active, so I eat on the run. These are a great supplement to my diet. I like the taste and it's less expensive than Ensure and Boost. When I was in the hospital once while on chemo and losing weight, the dietician came to my room and asked what my favorite ice cream was. She said to put some weight on me fast, they were going to start mixing protein drinks with ice cream. It was like a chocolate shake and easy on my tummy/nausea. We used that idea with my elderly father when he didn't have an appetite and was too thin. Sometimes, I still do that if I am not eating well. These are great alone or mixed with ice cream. I keep a case on hand at all times.

they are delicious not exactly like slimfast but I drank one a day and they're gone and I saved myself some money and they fill me up and they did their job or have drunk them before if I want slimfast I just buy the powder but when I want the good stuff I buy this so it don't cost as much as little fast

This meal replacement shake is best value and best tasting shake I have found. Smooth non gritty rich chocolate flavor with high protein and good for you vitamins that truly tastes great. I feel like I am splurging and sinfully treating myself each time I drink one (which I do at least once a day). It leaves me feeling pleasantly full and satisfies my hunger. I highly recommed!
