Feliway Spray contains a synthetic copy of the feline facial pheromone, used by cats to mark their territory as safe and secure. By mimicking the cat's natural facial pheromones, Feliway creates a state of familiarity and security in the cat's local environment. As a result, Feliway can be used to help comfort and reassure cats, while they cope with a challenging situation and/or help prevent or reduce the stress.
Both male and female cats, because of hormonal and behavior problems, can start spraying urine on objects or areas. Feliway contains pheromone-like substances which discourages this behavior when it is applied to the area the pet has sprayed. You'll love the way this spray really works to calm your cat, so order it today!
Directions & Dosage
One depression of the Feliway pheromone spray nozzle should be applied approximately 4" from the site, 8" from the floor. Only one spray per application site is necessary. Urine marks and prominent objects should be treated one to two times daily for 30 days. Maintenance application every two to three days may be necessary in some situations.

FELIWAY CALMING SPRAY FOR CATS: VERY HELPFUL!!
I've used Feliway Calming Spray for Cats for several years. I've had 5 Cats. This new large Professional size is expensive, but when used properly, (just a spray or two on each doorway, box, path a cat travels, etc.), the bottle will last a long time. So, I was happy to invest in it! DO NOT EVER SPRAY ON A CAT OR ON ANY ANIMAL! This spray has kitty facial pheromones in it which are detected through a cat's senses and when kitty rubs it's face on the sprayed area, the cat feels a sense of comfort which helps calm it down. The effects last 4-5 hours and help during a trip to the vet or just in the car. Also help when two or more cats get too scrappy around the house!! My cats always travel in a comfortable kennel/crate. The night before they must go in the crate, I spray once through the OPEN door ***from the inside where cat will face the door*** then spray twice on back wall; and always make sure a mat or papers are down inside, etc. :) Everyone will likely find how best to use it. There are also calming sprays for dogs.
