I really love these sourdough english muffins. I love the taste, I love the texture, and I love the nice crannies that I can fill with butter! These English muffins are the best. Both the taste and texture are just right. When toasting them, it is best to do it on the bagel setting of your toaster or do them in the iven or frying pan. I like these muffins. I eat them for breakfast every morning w my egg makers. I think they have a really great flavor and texture. I do have to say that they never seem to go bad. They don't mold. I've had a package that has lasted over a couple of months? Makes you wonder just how much preservative is in this bread? If I was a younger person I probably wouldn't eat it.
