I shopped for a while to find the right keyboard tray because I have severe shoulder pain caused due to sitting for long hours with hands on those high desks, which makes the shoulder to keep it in shrugged position unknowingly. So I bought this and it definitely helped me and reduce the shoulder pain. I am not saying it took my pain away but atleast I feel lot better after keeping my hands in relaxed position working for 8-10 hours. It needs 2 people for sure to install it. Took some time but it is totally worth the time.
