The natural soothing power of witch hazel cools and protects inflamed vaginal and anorectal tissue. Just clean the affected area with mild soap and warm water, and rinse thoroughly. Dry by gently patting or blotting with toilet tissue or a soft cloth, then apply the pad by patting. These pads can be used up to six times daily and can also be used as an everyday hygienic wipe in place of toilet tissue to thoroughly cleanse and remove matter that can cause irritation. Very soothing wipes

I've suffered with hemorrhoids for some years. I rinse thoroughly after going to the bathroom but it didn't compare to using these swabs. I haven't had a flare up in months since using them. I'm so thankful for the relief and cooling effects from Equates medicated wipes. They have been a game changer and won't ever run out. I hope the price stays good because I need them in my life.

very fair price for quantity. soothing. takes a little time to separate pads. website description says you can dispose in toilet. i would not as im afraid might cause plumbing problems. just put them in your bathroom waste basket. this way you wont have to pay hugh amount for plumbing repairs!
