The Equate's fiber pills are great. I am taking them and getting the digestive results I aimed for everyday. The 24 hour limit of six pills are perfect for my schedule, and does not leace me nausea after each dosage. Keeps the day to day movements going-Daily!!!

When I ordered these fiber capsules, I honestly didn't have a lot of hope. I've tried all the other fiber products on the market. Honestly all of them! These helped my tummy in a way I have trouble explaining. They didn't cause gas or diarrhea for me. I started with the first 5 days and it only took 3 and I was already becoming regular, by day 5, I was like clockwork. It's been over a year now and I take these daily, and they are priceless to me. But I need to mention for the daily dose and quantity, these were some of the most inexpensive fiber capsules I found. I am throughly impressed and I 100% recommend these fiber capsules! Also they don't smell or have any weird flavor to them.
