Red Vines Twists, Black Licorice Chewy Candy, Resealable 16oz

When i checked out, the clerk looked at me funny and said, "I've never met anyone, until now, who actually likes black liquorice!" I like the American Red Vines liquorice (both the black and the red) because when I was growing up, Knott's Berry Farm used to be free to walk around inside the park, and my mother used to treat us kids with liquorice for being good while she shopped, so I got used to that kind of liquorice. American Red Vines seems to have the texture and taste i remember. It's soft and chewy and tastes more like liquorice should. Twizzlers, on the other hand, has a waxy feeling, is a bit hard to bite off and to chew, and it's so sweet, it tastes more like candy than liquorice. For that real liquorice taste, I'll choose American Red Vines any day!
