Biscuit gravy casserole.

These are a quick easy way to make a biscuit casserole with gravy and sausage. Just cook the sausage, make the gravy put in a baking dish then cut up the biscuits and put on top, bake in the oven until they are golden brown. Makes a great quick breakfast for our family of 6 for not much money. And it tasted really great.

They are very easy to use in different ways. Make desserts, kolaches also just plain rolls.with creamed chicken over the tops. I make kolaches using Solo filling. After seperating lay out on wax paper %26 make a circle in the middle with your fingers, pushing out %26 around fill with Solo filling or your favorite jams or preserves, but don't over do it because the filling will run out. Bake as usual. Not as good as homemaid kolaches, but since I can't make homemaid kolaches this does the trick. Make a cute little sandwich with ham %26 all the trimmings.

I love their crescent rolls and buttermilk biscuits but I also love these. They are not as greasy as the generic brands and the texture and flavor can't be beat. I use these for tuna melts, biscuits and gravy and sometimes as a breakfast side with butter and jam.
