I take 2 caplets daily, to help keep me from getting a urinary tract infection, and it works! Nothing has ever helped me like this product, at keeping my urinary tract healthy. In the past when I didn't take them regularly, and felt an infection coming on, I doubled up. I took 2 caplets in the morning, and 2 caplets in the evening, with lots of water. Within a few days I was back to normal, and started back on 2 caplets daily!
