I'm 50 and I took Flinstone chewable vitamins when I was little. I have been giving them to my kids for over 30 years. They have no artificial colors or flavors or sugar. They aren't gross tasting but they also don't taste like candy. I prefer these over the gummy ones with all sorts of additives. They've worked well for our family for over 50 years!
