Instructions
• Place two (2) tablets in 4 oz of water. Dissolve tablets completely.• You do not have to drink any of the residue that may be on the bottom of the glass. The medicines of Alka-Seltzer® are in the water. Directions• fully dissolve 2 tablets in 4 ounces of water before takingadult and children 12 years and over• take 2 tablets every 4 hours, or as directed by a doctor• do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hoursadults 60 years and over• take 2 tablets every 4 hours, or as directed by a doctor• do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hourschildren under 12 years• consult a doctor

My go-to for heartburn
Alka-Seltzer has become a dependable staple for me whenever I'm dealing with indigestion or that uncomfortable acidic feeling after a meal. I like that it works fast—within minutes I can feel the pressure and burning ease up without any harsh aftertaste or heaviness. It's gentle on my system but still powerful enough to settle things down quickly, and I appreciate that it's sodium- and aspirin-free, making it a cleaner option when I just want pure digestive relief. always keep these on hand for heartburn!
since not being able to find the gold box for heartburn like I normally used to buy, these were the next best choice. they actually worked way better than I ever expected. the fizzy kicks in faster and within a few minutes my heartburn was pretty much gone. the lemon lime flavor actually makes it easier to drink. it tastes more like a light soda than medicine. I like that it works fast without leaving any weird aftertaste or making me feel bloated.
