I have been using Barilla angel hair pasta for a couple of years now because I realized that not all pastas are created equal. It tastes WAY better than other pastas--truly delicious. Instead of quick and easy, but ho-hum. This is quick and easy and AWESOME! The key is the use of durum wheat along with the semolina. Durum is a superior grain with a yummy flavor. It's filling., too.

Pasta Al Dente!

I really like Barilla Angel Hair Spaghetti. Since I am diabetic and am on strict low carb diet, this angel hair spaghetti has a bit less carbs than tha regular spaghetti. It takes about a minute longer to cook to al dented stage, but this fine. The taste is good and excellent with pasta sauce, pesto sauce and fettuccine sauce.
