delicious. i'm a diabetic and I can't have carbs. I'm able to stick to one cookie when I'm craving something sweet . these are sugar free but there are some carbs in the other ingredients. Love them BUT I'm not suggesting that other diabetics should buy them. That's between you and your doctor.
