The consistency is just right; it's creamy and pours easily, coating everything nicely without being gloppy. I've used it as a dressing for a basic green salad, as a spread on turkey sandwiches (it's fantastic), and even as a dip for chicken tenders. It works beautifully for all of it. This is my favorite dressing Ken's is always high quality. I use this Honey Mustard on top of everything. Baking meats in the oven, put it on top of crock pot food while cooking, in all salads, on sandwiches, as a dip. It's a must have with a back up bottle in my house.
