What can I say it came?It was a good date on it . This is a consistent product for me. i have rarely had any problems with this paste. It is a good paste for which I use for many recipes. one of those recipes is a winter barbecue sauce.. where I use a lot of spices like chili power ginger cinnamon pepper salt and a dash of cumin. and whatever I'll feel like.. but always fresh garlic.. I do add water. and this gives a deep savory barbecue sauce. I sometimes put a splash of vinegar or lemon in it to brighten it up a little. tamari , regret , i've never written down this recipe one I do to to taste. i help this review helps you and gives you some ideas. and that's my perspective
