I add some Sriracha

I add some Sriracha, if for other people, just enough to notice a little heat, they love it, young and old. If for me and my wife a little more Sriracha. I smoke the chicken wings at 230 degrees for about an hour, then add the mixture to each piece on both sides and crank up the heat to about 400 degrees watching not to over cook the wings. Crockpot on low works great to keep warm or reheat.
