BelGioioso Parmesan Cheese Wedge Specialty Hard Cheese, 8 oz Refrigerated Plastic Packet

This cheese has a great taste. Very aged flavor I guess is what I would say. We use it on pizza, salads, noodles and when I make homemade crackers. Grates easily for me, by hand and with my grating machine. It is more expensive than the jar, but tastes better and doesn't have extra ingredients. I still consider that a value. We have purchased it several times and the quality seems to be consistent. When you grate it and get down to the last part it is darker, but still fine to grate and eat. Don't let the look scare you off. It is real cheese aged the old fashioned way.

I like a bright strong flavor that only the best Parmesan Cheese's have on my scrambled eggs, (and Chives). Of all the ones I tried, including some that were way way more expensive , I was delighted to find this one came in first. I take a tablespoon of mayo and 1 large egg and whip them until creamy. Then pour it into a slightly oiled ramekin and 45 seconds in the microwave. Flip the ramekin onto a plate and top it with this grated Parmesan and a couple of chopped Chives, and Holy Cow!!! I highly recommend this brand and it's less expensive at Walmart.
