Nice meal replacement..

Ok we all know it is not easy to lose weight. But using this as a meal replacement is not that bad and your getting the daily nutrition that you need. Being chocolate makes you think your being bad when your just trying to better yourself and learn how to portion your food then just eat it all.

I started using Slimfast three weeks ago and have lost ten pounds even though I cheated! It tastes great, especially chocolate, but the bottles taste different than the mix and I don't like those.
