Since I have mobility issues this is one of my lunch/dinner/light afternoon snacks and the taste is great as well as the texture. I have to watch my weight so I find the ingredients and nutrients information helpful in maintaining my calorie and carbohydrates and all that comes along with it intake. I prefer this over the other products that I have reviewed and am satisfied with everything about it. Even the cost is just a few cents cheaper

GV Greek Strawberry Yogurt is one of my regular buys. When I'm on a yogurt kick I eat a lot of it. No problems with this brand as long as I stir it well to distribute that top layer. Not sure if the top layer is a preservative, but without that stir it can have sort of a chemical taste. Same with cottage cheese. I like this yogurt and suggest trying it.

I used to buy the smaller containers of yogurt that came with 4 per package, but in buying this larger size, I'm getting more for the money. I love the vanilla Greek version as well and only wish I could get blueberry in the larger size. Yogurt is my dairy source I eat very morning and it's healthy.
