I love this! I have nerve damage in my back and this is suppose to help nerves regenerate. I don't know if it's helping my nerves, but I have a ton of energy…co workers even notice as well as my appearance — I've had more than one person ask if I've had work done. I take Nutricost Vitamin B12 daily. I have tried many others and this is the only one that I can swallow - easily. My Dr. recommended this because it is a Methylcobalamin. It's easier to take and digest. It doesn't have a bad taste and it's gel coated.

The Nutricost Methycobalamin B12 was one of the best ones I found online by the listed ingredients compared to all the rest. I also ordered the Nutricost L-Methylfolate B9 as they should always be taken together as the B12 will cause a shortage of available B9 which is required for the body to use the B12. Avoid the Cyanocobalamin as when it converts to Methylcobalamin it leaves behind cyanide and can cause neuropathy nerve damage and pain throughout the body and damage to your kidneys. It should be illegal and they don't sell Methylcobalamin in any pharmacies or stores anywhere I have looked. Kinda like Kamut pasta's.
