As expected, not disappointing

Product works exactly as described. Good quality packaging. Only problems are that it's small for the price and makes a pretty big (difficult to clean) mess if you wash it off in the sink

Easy to apply, a devil to take off

First of all, this mask does not remove blackheads so just forget your dreams of that. Second of all, it feels wonderful and soothing on your face and it comes with a top that makes it so easy to apply it directly from the bottle onto your face. Thirdly, it is a PAIN to get off. It comes off in five thousand pieces. It hasn't really done anything for me but create a soothing feel. To be honest, I can get a mask that does something and soothes my skin and peels off easily. This mask only does 1/3. This wasn't a huge win for me, but I'd still give it a try. The soothing feeling and the application part of it made it worth doing it again (not particularly buying it again, but just finishing the bottle)

Interesting concept, difficult to apply

I won't to love this product but it's just ok. I found it difficult to apply thickly which then made it difficult to peel off. I blame it on user error (I am not talented in any type of makeup/beauty/etc.) but think it should be easier to apply. The more thickly I was able to apply the product the better it works so make sure you do that well. I ended up having to just wash it off my face (not too big of a deal) and my face did feel smoother, so something worked.
