I, who am non-Japanese, thought that it had a good firmness with a mild taste. I enjoyed eating it on a salad, or with rice. In each case I also used the olive oiled in which it had been packed. My only real complaint would be the small amount of salmon in the can. Otherwise, I would recommend this.

I was a little afraid to try this, but glad I finally did! I found it lite and refreshing. I ate it straight out of the tin. It's not at all fishy. There's not even a trace of skin or bones, very clean. I love lemons, so I quite enjoyed this. Would be great in any kind of salad and that's how I will try it next. King Oscar fish is the best! Peeling back this lid was easy as well. Way better than the tin lids. I'm definitely a fan.
