I was excited to find the Cardamom Pods especially by McCormick, a know brand. I buy the ground and the pods using what the recipe calls for. I also found recently that you can put the pods in sugar to flavour the sugar for baking, puddings, or custards. Very happy with these Cardamom Pods.
