Size of tennis balls, bright colors. My 2 year old loves to dive into the ball pit and hasn't crushed any balls.. He only weighs 30 pounds. We have a large pit .My advice, buy 2 because 500 isn't as much once they're spread out. My pictures show one package of 500.

Fisher Price brand, best value for 500 balls

I purchased this set to fill a small, square ball pit we purchased elsewhere. I chose it because it is the Fisher Price brand and is the best value, with 500 balls for $40, instead of just 100 or 200 balls (you need more). Our 16 month old loves to play in the ball pit (supervised, of course), and the balls are the right size and do not crush. The only thing that would make the set better is to include more fun colors, like pink or purple, but that is a small detail.

These Ball-pit balls are excellent !

In researching ball-pit balls, there were a lot of complaints about getting balls that were damaged and being shorted a number of balls. While I haven't counted the balls, the clear bag was completely full. So I gather all the balls are there. None were damaged or flattened. I am very pleased with this purchase. And, would highly recommend them.
