Excellent & Powerful
It's a combination drill, hammer drill allows you to drill into concrete. Also has a Built-in light so you can see the work space of what you're drilling. Well balance. Comes with 2 20 volt battery packs and charger. Was great for securing some metal shelving in the garage. I would recommend this drill.

Very good
I received this drill a few weeks ago and have been using it around the house and in the yard, no big jobs. It worked well putting up new fencing before the winter comes, hanging some pictures up on the wall, and some small other projects. So far the drill has worked without any issues and has done what I have asked of it. It coming with two batteries is also a nice bonus. Overall a nice drill. Not sure if it's commercial grade, but for DIY it works perfectly.
