Easiest Way to Avoid Cavities

If you have bad teeth (worn enamel, gingivitis, etc.), this product actually works to strengthen enamel and it has a smooth flavor. It isn't sharp like Listerine and Scope and works great for children and adults. I use this every morning and during my last visit to the dentist they told me I didn't have cavities, which is shocking for someone who has had many dental issues over their life. I still drink coffee and highly acidic beverages, so it wasn't a lifestyle change.

I've used ACT Restoring for many years since my dentist recommended it. Walmart has the lowest price recently. It has a very mild flavor. I use maybe a tablespoon or two twice a day. Just enough to swish around in your mouth for a minute. I don't think you need to use as much as the instruction say.
