Shipping was fast! The TV actually arrived a day earlier than expected. It was shipped in the manufacturer's box. Very easy to set up. I'm disappointed in myself for not thoroughly reviewing the spec's, as the television did not come with a mount. I haven't purchased a flat screen in years and forgot to even check for that. That is probably the reason the price was so good! (Lol). Other than that, no complaints. Ordering %26 delivery was seamless.

Great picture quality at a value price!

Received the TV today and I'm in love with the picture quality! (Of course after playing with the settings to get me optimal picture). The sound is okay, but it'll be better once I hook up my surround sound. I had to get rid of my old 720p tv that I've had for years, and this 4k TV is a great upgrade at a value price! I'm hoping this tv will last for years as well!

SO far I am very happy with this TV

I used to buy the ONN TVs, but the last one I bought lasted 6 months and Walmart refused to fix it, the light dimmed, and because I didn't buy their expensive warranty they refused to help me get it fixed, I bought the warranty with this set because it is better quality and picture, so far I am happy with the Phillips brand, it works great and I don't have to deal with Walmarts incompetence
