Chicken of the Sea Wild Caught Jack Mackerel in Brine 15 oz

I liked the Chicken of the Sea Wild Caught Jack Mackerel in Brine 15oz size. I am a huge fan of fresh Mackerel but unfortunately it is not so easy to come by here in the South and you can't find it as a frozen fish. This product is a good substitute for the fresh fish. I used it by washing the brine off of the fish and removing the bones. I heated it up in a little water in a fry pan on the stove. With some potatoes and a veg it made a very pleasing meal. You could also use it to make a fish cake or cold fish salad with mayo for sandwiches. It is a good source of Protein , Vitamin D, Calcium, and Potassium . Each can contains 3 servings for about 90 cents per serving; a real good deal.
