And with a little exercise you can lose weight also. 7500 or more speed walking steps a day plus this as 2 replacement meal I was able to lose 25 pounds in 3 months. It is so addictive because it's so good. I hope I'm not drinking too much of it. Sometimes I add part of a cupcake and then I add Jordan banner, caramel and double chocolate and it is so delicious! Can I drink too much of it because I drink two of the Protein shakes a day one in the morning and one in the evening. Please tell me if I'm doing something wrong thank you.
