Workhorse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this several weeks ago to replace my 7-8 year old 5 quart artisan mixer that I pretty much best to death and the motor was starting to burn out. This has been able to handle everything I could throw at it, extra big double batches off frosting, cake, meringue, bread dough. Choosing a refurbished model made it a great deal, and I was very happy it came with a stainless steel bowl instead of the glass bowl.

Wonderful product
I bought my first pro 7qt mixer in 2007 when I was in Pastry school. I eventually purchased an additional set of mixing attachments and another bowl I used this mixer until it died in 2019. They are expensive to repair when you burn out the motor. But I used it just about daily to make bread. I am now looking for a replacement mixer and of course it will be another pro 7qt. Can not say enough great things about my kitchen aid mixer.

Power and Capacity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my 7-quart bowl lift stand mixer. It has power and capacity to make 8-pounds of bread dough or large quantities of pasta dough. I got the pasta roller and extrusion attachments as well as the meat grinder. I made homemade ravioli in record time. This replaced a 5-quart tilt-head Kitchenaid which I owned for 25 years.
