Thought it was new

There was nothing about it being refurbished but had 2 feet on the bottom and a cracked off piece of plastic where the door opens. There was no owners manual either.

Here is your new laptop. No u cannot load security

I have used these laptops for work. Besides the power supply being some off brand I had another issue. There is no windows 10 key! You cannot update Windows or personalize the laptop until the laptop's Windows 10 is 'activated'. I do not see where it says it does not have a licensed version of Windows 10. Deception.

It started up. That's a positive. I didn't want to touch any buttons because the keyboard was sticky and had crumbs all in it. The laptop had scratches all over it as well. I returned it. It was refurbished obviously and that wasn't clear on the description when I purchased it online on Black Friday weekend. Disappointed because I could have bought a new quality laptop on Black Friday for less than this dirty refurbished Dell.
