This had to be one of the best experiences I have ever had with attempting to follow directions on assembly or mounting. This didn't really require much assembly. Only the arms that are used to hold the TV up, needed to be slid together and screwed to the mount. That and after the TV was hung, fastening the metal straps to keep the TV in place. Point is, the directions were so well illustrated, with each part well defined and to-size pictures of each fastener so you knew for sure you proceeded correctly, that it really was so well thought out that I didn't get frustrated once. As far as the mount itself, it seems very well made and I used it for a 75" TV. It has so many ways to adjust to be sure it's perfect and they included a mini level to be sure. They also were generous with variable screws, probably to be sure they'd work on the back of any TV. One thing I didn't know, and wish I did, was that with the holding arms being wider than the gap on the TV's brackets, I had room to move the TV off center. That was good for me, as the studs that I fastened the mount to would have made the TV more to one side of the room than I wanted, had I had to have the TV centered on the mount. I highly recommend this mount and if I ever see the name Perlegear as a product of choice, I'd pay more for it, expecting it to be as well thought out and made, as this product is.

Great Walmart online prices way better thain the prices at the store. . First stopped by the store and didn't have the larger mount in stock I ordered the mount i needed and it showed up.the next day. i also purchased the pro installation and they came out 2 days later and installed it way up over the fire place . It was well worth the 75$ for the install because it was wood going into old rock facia under the wood.
