Do not use: for children under 12 years of age; with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin. Ask a doctor before use if you have: a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis; glaucoma; difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product avoid alcoholic beverages. Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks. Insomnia may be a symptom of serious underlying medical illness. Overall this works well. The taste of the cherry is pleasant and easy to take. It doesn't do sleep and it does keep me sleeping. also, if I wake up drink the night I go right back to sleep. I would recommend trying it if you're having sleep problems.

I was having a horrible time trying to fall asleep, then would wake up 2 - 3 hours later with a nightmare, then struggle to go back to sleep. I would maybe get 2 - 3 hrs of sleep a night! This was a godsend, the first night I took it , I slept like a baby for 8 - 9 hours straight......the first good sleep I had gotten in weeks! I also took melatonin and Advil with it, which helped immensely! I have already stocked up on it for future nights that I might need it!
