This product seems to work. I put it on my feet at night before I go to bed, and there is no pain or itch. I recommend using this for nerve pain in the feet, not too sure about the hands, as it advises washing hands immediately after putting it on. I use gloves to avoid it getting on my hands

I have tried others and prefer this over the others. You need very little, and is absorbs fast. Was very fast acting for me and lasted all night. I did find it becomes less effective if used every night. I've had to use different ones every 3 nights to find the same nightly relief.
